Project Administrator
Primary Duties
Work in partnership with Project Manager and accounting department in all administrative aspects concerning commercial construction.
Process accounts receivable and accounts payable, submittals, RFI’s, and RFQ’s.
Process all contract documents as required for general commercial construction.
Skills And Knowledge
Must be extremely organized and detailed oriented.
Knowledge of the construction industry.
Prior accounting experience required.
Experience with all Microsoft Office programs.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
