Mission College Fitness Center

August 2019, TICO Construction completed the interior improvement for this first level Fitness Center of an existing office building.

The tenant improvement included KINETEX carpeting at both its cardio & locker room areas, PLAE rubber flooring in the weight training area, while ceramic tile covered floors walls & floors in both showers & restroom areas.

With an open structure painted gypsum ceiling, modern accent lights, a water fountain, and new locker/shower restrooms, this fitness center offers its office tenants a convenient and inviting workout option.
